SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our hope is that every customer is in love with their purchase from T. If for some reason you are not satisfied, you can exchange an item purchased online for refund or store credit within 10 days of when it is received. We ask that you print and include your receipt in the return package, or bring your receipt with you if you are returning it to the store. We cannot issue store credit until we receive the item you are returning. All online exchanges/returns are subject to shipping fees. Items are only returnable if they are in the same condition they were received; unworn, unwashed and with original tags. Shoes must include original packaging. All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment. If your online order arrives damaged, please email contact@shoptboutique.com within 24 hours of delivery. All sale items are final sale.

*SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. We are NOT responsible for items LOST OR DAMAGED during transit.


Online Return Process

  • Once the order has been shipped, email contact@shoptboutique.com with your order number in the subject. In your e-mail, please list the item(s) that you would like to return, the reason for return, and the type of refund you would like. You may select two different options: 1. You may receive a full refund amount in store credit. This store credit will never expire. 2. You may receive the amount refunded to your original payment method, less the shipping fee. (Refunds are not available for sale items).

Return Shipment Instructions

  • After you have sent the e-mail, please pack items to be returned and a printed receipt inside an appropriate shipping box and seal.
  • Your credit or refund will be applied within 48 - 72 hours upon your return item arriving to us.
  • At any point, you may check the status of your return online in your order history.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once your order is processed, please allow 7-10 business days for all orders to be delivered. If you need your items by a certain date, please email contact@shoptboutique.com.

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS. All shipping rates include tracking. We ship worldwide! Once an International order reaches customs, we are no longer able to track the package and have no control over how long the package takes to go through customs. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes on international shipments.
