Canada & USA Shipping
T. offers complimentary express shipping on orders $300+ to addresses within Canada and the United States. Orders for expedited 2-day or next-day shipping must be placed by 11 a.m. ET; orders placed after 11 a.m. ET will ship on the next business day. Please note once an order is shipped it is not possible to amend it.
International Shipping
T. offers complimentary International UPS Express shipping on order $700+. Please note that recipients are responsible for duties/taxes based on your country. Once an International order reaches customs, we have no control over how long the package takes to go through customs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Full-priced items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of when it is delivered. To initiate a return, please contact team@shoptboutique.com. Items are only returnable if they are in the same condition they were received; unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging. To ensure footwear is eligible for return, please try it on while standing on a carpeted or covered surface. All returns must be in appropriate and secure packaging. Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive a confirmation email that a refund or store credit has been issued. All returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
All Canada & US returns/exchanges are subject to a $15 restocking fee. All International returns are subject to a restocking fee determined by location. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be excluded from your refund. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
