3+ years in luxury retail or sales
Keyholder or held a leadership position
Hands-on experience with content creation and/or marketing for a luxury brand


Content Creation for Social Media Channels. Thorough understanding of digital and social marketing execution , trends, and visual storytelling. Photography and photo/video editing. Modeling. Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop. Graphic Design. Web Content. Online Marketing. Great styling ability. Excellent communication and social skills. Strong attention to details. Ability to multitask. Time management. Organization and merchandising skills. Strong understanding of customer service needs.

Digital marketing support. Developing content for various digital platforms. Keyholder responsibilities. Responsible for creating the ultimate customer experience. Building and maintaining new and existing relationships with customers. Styling assistance for both clients in-store and for photoshoots. Being a brand ambassador for T.’s collection of merchandise. Maintaining an awareness of digital marketing trends, fashion trends, product information, and outfitting, as well as our brand's aesthetic and creative direction. 


A team player. Provides support to both sales and marketing team members as needed. Strong communication with team. Contributes to the achievement of the store sales and marketing objectives. Supports with content creation, e-commerce management, marketing projects, store operations, product replenishment, and merchandising. Collaborates and communicates feedback. Participates in marketing meetings regarding marketing strategies, upcoming projects and direction.


As a Stylist:
Open/close store. Recommend, select and locate product for customers. Manage POS system. Check, steam, and prepare product for the sales floor. Merchandise product for sales floor and window displays. Complete daily duties and tasks. Maintain appearance of the store. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, store policies, and security practices. Maintain records including store credits, special orders, hold tickets and approvals. Package purchases and wrap gifts as requested. Pull and pack online orders timely. Make selections and pull for approval trunks. Help plan, promote, and work store events and trunk shows. 

As a Digital Creative Assistant:
Get photos web-ready for e-commerce (crop, size, retitle for SEO). Upload and organize e-commerce products and collections. Support in "re-merchandising" homepage and updating web content. Plan/execute content for Instagram posts, stories and reels. 
Modeling merchandise for content. Taking and editing photos and videos. Photo styling and product selection. Assist in creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns. Support with graphic design projects as needed. Prep items for photoshoots including steaming, packing and putting in designated locations.
